“Design and decoration on ceramics : sgraffito over glaze + glazing decoration “

Mirco Denicolò  is an Italian ceramist. He lives and works in Faenza.

For many years, in parallel with his artistic project, he worked as a technician and consultant for Italian and international manufacturers.

He has exhibited widely throughout Italy but also in the United States and  South Korea.

He is a great poet and a dreamer, he likes to play with words … with  images … and transcribes this mindset in his ceramic work.

During this workshop, he will teach some specific personal  graphic style of decoration  on bisqued pieces.

We will work on provided slabs already prepared.

During the one-day workshop, we will decorate the tiles with the same techniques, without firing.
